Chat Exporter Pro reads the date and time information displayed directly by Messenger, WhatsApp Web and supported AI platforms. Some countries, languages or right-to-left interfaces display date separators and timestamps in a different regional format, which can occasionally cause “Date not detected.”
Set the interface language to English (US).
Set English (United States) as the preferred language in Chrome.
Do not change your actual timezone; only update the display language.
Restart Chrome, open Messenger again, and press Ctrl + Shift + R.
