1. Product and acceptance
Chat Exporter Pro is a Chrome extension and related website designed to help users export supported Messenger, WhatsApp Web, ChatGPT and Google Gemini conversations into formats such as PDF, CSV and organized ZIP backups. By using the product, you accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
2. License
A valid Pro purchase grants the buyer a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the activated product. Unless a business or team license is separately offered, a personal license may not be resold, shared publicly, sublicensed or distributed.
3. Meaning of lifetime access
The current BDT 1,500 offer is a one-time payment for lifetime access to the purchased Chat Exporter Pro license while the product and supported distribution method remain available. Lifetime access does not mean that independent third-party platforms will never change, or that every future feature, separate product or external service will be included.
4. Authorized use
You may export conversations that you own or are otherwise authorized to access. You are responsible for privacy, confidentiality, copyright, data-protection rules, employment policies, platform terms and any local requirements that apply to the exported content.
5. Prohibited use
Do not use Chat Exporter Pro for unauthorized account access, hidden surveillance, harassment, stalking, unlawful scraping, credential theft, bypassing security controls, distributing malware, violating intellectual property rights or collecting data without required permission.
6. Third-party platforms and compatibility
Messenger, WhatsApp, ChatGPT and Gemini are independent products and are not owned, sponsored or endorsed by Chat Exporter Pro or BD-Software Limited. Their interfaces, permissions and page structures can change without notice. A major structural change may temporarily affect scanning or export functionality until a compatibility update is released.
7. Date and time detection
The extension reads date separators and timestamps shown by the supported platform. Regional language formats or right-to-left interfaces can occasionally cause “Date not detected.” Users may need to set Facebook/Messenger and Chrome preferred language to English (United States), keep the actual timezone unchanged, restart Chrome and hard refresh the page.
8. Free and Pro features
The free version may include message limits, text-only restrictions or watermarks. Pro may include unlimited text exports, PDF/CSV downloads, ZIP media extraction, report generation, message navigation and watermark removal. Feature details can evolve through updates.
9. Payments and activation
The currently advertised price is a one-time BDT 1,500 payment through the official EPS link. The user must keep the transaction ID or confirmation and provide the information reasonably required for activation. Chat Exporter Pro does not receive the user’s full card or mobile banking credentials.
10. Refunds
Contact support promptly if payment succeeds but activation is not delivered or the product has a verified technical problem. Refund decisions are subject to the payment provider’s rules, the product’s digital delivery status and any mandatory consumer rights that apply. Refunds are not guaranteed for misuse, unsupported environments or failure to follow setup instructions.
11. Updates and support
We aim to maintain supported platforms and may provide compatibility, security and feature updates. Response times and update schedules are not guaranteed. Support may request non-sensitive screenshots, browser version, extension version and reproduction steps.
12. Export accuracy and legal use
Users must review generated files for completeness and accuracy. Chat Exporter Pro does not certify authenticity, chain of custody, legal admissibility or acceptance by a court, regulator, employer, school or platform. Professional legal advice should be obtained when evidence requirements matter.
13. User backups and responsibility
Users are responsible for storing export files securely, maintaining independent backups and verifying that required messages and media were included. Very large, inaccessible or protected files may be skipped and identified in an export report.
14. Disclaimer
The product is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by applicable law, no guarantee is made that every third-party page, account, chat size, regional interface or file type will work without interruption.
15. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Chat Exporter Pro and BD-Software Limited are not responsible for indirect loss, deleted content, lost profit, platform restrictions or misuse of exported information. Any mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
16. Suspension or termination
A license may be suspended or terminated for fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized redistribution, attempts to compromise the product or serious violation of these terms.
17. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product, payment process, supported platforms or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply, subject to applicable law.
